Summary

Avant le titre I er du livre I er de la partie législative du code rural, il est inséré un titre préliminaire ainsi rédigé : « Titre Préliminaire « Principes généraux «  Art. L. 111 . – Les terres agricoles sont placées sous la sauvegarde de la Nation, sans préjudice des titres, droits et usages collectifs et particuliers. « Sont reconnus d’intérêt général la mise en valeur et la protection de ces espaces ainsi que la reconquête du foncier agricole. »
