Summary

Après la première phrase de l’article L. 312‑13‑1 du code de l’éducation, sont insérées deux phrases ainsi rédigées  : « L’enseignement des gestes élémentaires de premier secours est obligatoire et est inclus dans les programmes d’enseignement des premier et second degrés. La formation aux premiers secours doit être validée par l'attestation de formation aux premiers secours.  »
