Summary

I. – L’article 520 A du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié :  1° Les troisième et quatrième alinéas sont ainsi rédigés :  « 3,75 € par degré alcoométrique pour les bières dont le titre alcoométrique est compris entre 2,8 % vol. et 11 % vol. ; « 14,98 euros par degré alcoométrique pour les autres bières ; » ; 2° Au sixième alinéa, les mots : « excède 2,8 % vol., » sont remplacés par les mots : « est compris entre 2,8 % vol. et 11 % vol. ». II. – Le I s’applique au 1 er janvier 2022.
