Avant l’alinéa 1, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « L’article L. 112‑2 du code de l’éducation est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Afin que lui soit assuré un accueil adapté, chaque individu scolarisé atteint de troubles de la santé évoluant sur une longue période peut bénéficier au sein de l’établissement d’un projet d’accueil individualisé, qui définit les adaptations à apporter à la vie de l’enfant ou de l’adolescent en milieu scolaire. Les modalités de ce projet sont fixées par voie règlementaire. »
