Summary

L’article L. 2112‑2 du code de la santé publique est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le dixième alinéa, il est inséré un  alinéa ainsi rédigé :  « Le conseil départemental publie un rapport annuel d’activité et financier sur ses services de PMI pour rendre compte de l’exercice des compétences et missions qui leur sont confiées par le présent article . » ; 2° Il est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les conditions d’application du présent article sont fixées par décret. »
