Summary

Après le troisième alinéa de l’article L. 223‑1‑1 du code de l’action sociale et des familles il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le projet pour l’enfant prend en compte les relations personnelles avec ses parents, lorsqu’elles existent, sauf si cela n’est pas possible ou si l’intérêt de l’enfant commande une autre solution. La compétence des parents est évaluée au regard du référentiel national d’évaluation parentale fixé par décret après avis mentionné au 5° de l’article L. 147‑14 du présent code fixant le groupement d’intérêt public pour la protection de l’enfance, l’adoption et l’accès aux origines personnelle. »
