Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante :  « L’article L. 1435‑10 du code de la santé publique est ainsi modifié : « 1° La dernière phrase du dernier alinéa est supprimée ; « 2° Sont ajoutés quatre alinéas ainsi rédigés :  « Ce bilan contient notamment une présentation : « 1° De l’évolution du montant des dotations régionales affectées au fonds et des critères de répartition employés, notamment au regard de l’objectif de péréquation entre régions ; « 2° À l’échelon national et par région, des financements alloués aux actions, expérimentations et structures concourant aux missions mentionnées à l’article L. 1435‑8 et des objectifs ainsi atteints ; « 3° Des démarches d’évaluation mises en œuvre pour améliorer l’allocation des financements par l’intermédiaire du fonds, notamment s’agissant des expérimentations. » »
