I. – Le II de la section I du chapitre IV du titre III de la première partie du livre I er du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le tableau constituant le deuxième alinéa de l’article 575 A est complété par quatre lignes ainsi rédigées :   Tabac à chauffer produisant des aérosols de nicotine Taux proportionnel (en %) 55 Part spécifique pour mille unités (en euros) 36 Minimum de perception pour mille unités (en euros) 242,30 2° Le tableau constituant le quatrième alinéa du I de l’article 575 E bis est complété par quatre lignes ainsi rédigées : Tabac à chauffer produisant des aérosols de nicotine Taux proportionnel (en %) 55 Minimum de perception pour mille unités (en euros) 36 Minimum de perception pour mille unités (en euros) 242,30 II. – Le I entre en vigueur le 1 er janvier 2022.
