Summary

I. – Après le 2° de l’article 278‑0 bis du code général des impôts, il est inséré un 2°  bis ainsi rédigé : « 2°  bis Les produits biosourcés destinés à l’extension ou à la rénovation de logements individuels ou collectifs et de bâtiments industriels, artisanaux et tertiaires ; » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
