Summary

I. – L’article L. 341‑6 du code forestier est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Ne sont pas redevables de l’indemnité mentionnée au septième alinéa les exploitants d’un terrain agricole d’une superficie inférieure à un hectare et sur lequel est prévue la réalisation d’ouvrages concourant à la défense des forêts contre l’incendie, conformément aux localisations et prescriptions techniques définies au sein du plan intercommunal de débroussaillement et d’aménagement forestier ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
