Summary

Après l’article 220  quater  B du code général des impôts, il est inséré un article 220  quater  B  bis  ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 220  quater  B  bis. – Les redevables de l’impôt sur les sociétés prévu à l’article 205 du code général des impôts qui réalisent un chiffre d’affaires supérieur à 3 milliards d’euros et dont les bénéfices passibles de l’impôt sur les sociétés sont supérieurs à 100 millions d’euros, ne peuvent pas être assujettis à un taux implicite d’imposition inférieur à 12 % des leurs bénéfices passibles de cet impôt. »
