Summary

I. – À la seconde phrase du premier alinéa de l’article 242  quater  du code général des impôts, après la référence : « 125‑0 A », est insérée la référence : « et au 2° du 5 b  quinquies  de l’article 158 ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
