Summary

Les entreprises et exploitants agricoles sont tenus de déclarer les changements survenus dans l’année écoulée à l’administration. Dans le cas où leur situation serait restée identique, aucune démarche supplémentaire n’est requise.  Toute entreprise ou tout exploitant agricole qui aurait omis de déclarer des changements se voit accorder un délai de trente jours pour régulariser sa situation, sous peine d’une sanction administrative.
