Après l’alinéa 1, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1° A  (nouveau)  Après le second alinéa de l’article L. 2111‑3, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Ce schéma comporte des indicateurs précis sur le pourcentage réel des achats publics relevant des catégories de l’achat socialement et écologiquement responsables comparativement au total des achats des collectivités territoriales. Il précise les objectifs cibles à atteindre pour chacune de ces catégories. » ; ».
