Summary

I. – À la première phrase du second alinéa du A de l’article L. 311‑13 du code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile, la référence : « , 10° » est supprimée et les mots : « de l’article L. 313‑13 » sont remplacés par les mots : « des articles L. 313‑25 et L. 313‑26 ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
