Summary

I. – Compléter l’alinéa 4 par la phrase suivante :  « Conformément à l’article L. 121‑13, il décide, après communication du bilan de la participation du public, des conditions de la poursuite de la procédure de mise en concurrence. » II. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Après la publication du bilan de la participation du public, et en tenant compte de ce bilan, le ministre chargé de l’énergie peut identifier les zones potentielles d’implantation des futures installations de production d’énergie renouvelable en mer et de leurs ouvrages de raccordement. »
