Rédiger ainsi les deux dernières phrases de l’alinéa 302 : « Au‑delà des mesures déjà citées, le crédit impôt recherche (CIR) demeure un outil central de soutien à la DIRDE afin d’accompagner le réinvestissement des entreprises dans la recherche aussi bien que l’emploi des jeunes chercheurs. Par ailleurs, conformément aux engagements de la loi de finances pour 2020, le ministre chargé de la recherche publie chaque année un rapport sur l’impact du CIR, notamment en ce qui concerne le recrutement de personnes titulaires d’un doctorat. »
