Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : « Après l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article L. 917‑1 du code de l’éducation, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Dans chaque département, le directeur académique des services de l’éducation nationale désigne un ou plusieurs accompagnants des élèves en situation de handicap « référents » chargés de fournir à d’autres accompagnants des élèves en situation de handicap un appui dans l’accompagnement des élèves en situation de handicap ». »
