« Après l’article 33 de la loi n° 84‑16 du 11 janvier 1984 portant dispositions statutaires relatives à la fonction publique de l’État, il est inséré un article 33  bis ainsi rédigé : « «  Art. 33 bis. – Les agents occupant un emploi de direction de l’État mentionné au 1°  bis de l’article 3 sont présents au moins 30 jours par année civile dans les services déconcentrés relevant de l’administration dont ils assurent la direction, dans des conditions définies par décret en Conseil d’État. » »
