Summary

I. – Le 1° du C du II de l’article 60 de la loi n° 2016‑1917 du 29 décembre 2016 de finances pour 2017 est abrogé. II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée, à due concurrence, par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits sur les tabacs mentionnée aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
