Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 7, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « 2°  bis Le dernier alinéa du 3 est ainsi modifié : «  a)  Aux première et troisième phrases, les deux occurrences du montant : « 1 500 € » sont remplacés par le montant : « 2 000 € » ; «  b)  Aux quatrième et dernière phrases, les deux occurrences du montant « 15 000 € » sont remplacés par le montant : « 18 000 € » ; «  c)  À la fin de la dernière phrase, le montant : « 18 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 21 000 € ». » II. – Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « II. – Le I ne s’applique qu’aux sommes venant en déduction de l’impôt dû. « III. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État est compensée, à due concurrence, par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. »
