Summary

I. – Le code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le B de l’article 278‑0 bis , il est inséré un B bis ainsi rédigé : « B bis . – Les produits suivants : «  a) Le bois de chauffage ; «  b) Les produits de la sylviculture agglomérés destinés au chauffage ; «  c) Les déchets de bois destinés au chauffage. » ; 2° Le 3°  bis de l’article 278 bis est abrogé. II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits visés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts
