Après l’alinéa 59, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « C. – Après le même III  bis , il est inséré un III  ter ainsi rédigé : « III  ter . – Par dérogation au I, le plafond individuel applicable au montant annuel de la taxe additionnelle à la cotisation foncière des entreprises perçue en application du II de l’article 1600 du code général des impôts par les chambres de commerce et d’industrie présentes dans des zones hyper-rurales est fixé à 549 000 euros. »
