Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 13, substituer au montant : « 10 000 € » le montant : « 20 000 € ». II. – Le I s’applique aux versements effectués au cours des exercices clos à compter du 31 décembre 2020. III. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État du relèvement de la limite de versement des petites et moyennes entreprises pour l’obtention de la réduction d’impôt au titre du mécénat est compensée, à due concurrence, par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
