Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 31 : « Le plan de mobilité est compatible avec le plan climat-air-énergie territorial mentionné à l’article L. 229‑26 du code de l’environnement lorsque le plan climat-air-énergie territorial recouvre un périmètre égal ou supérieur au ressort territorial de l’autorité organisatrice de la mobilité. Le plan de mobilité prend en compte le ou les plans climat-air-énergie territoriaux ne recouvrant qu’une partie du périmètre du ressort territorial de l’autorité organisatrice de la mobilité. »
