Summary

I. – À la fin de l’alinéa 10, substituer au montant : « 1 678 € », le montant : « 2 301 € ». II. – En conséquence, à la fin de l’alinéa 11, substituer au montant : « 3 959 € », le montant : « 3 980 € ». III. – Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « III. – Le a et le b du 2° du B du I entrent en vigueur le 1 er  septembre 2022. « IV. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er  du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services. »
