Après l’alinéa 13, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Les dispositions des ordonnances prises sur le fondement du présent III respectent les principes édictés par la Charte de l’environnement de 2004 et assurent la protection des intérêts mentionnés aux articles L. 181‑3, L. 211‑1 et L. 511‑1 du code de l’environnement, notamment en matière de santé, de sécurité et de salubrité publiques, de protection de la nature, de l’environnement et des paysages, sans préjudice du respect des engagements européens et internationaux de la France. »
