Summary

I. – L’article 224 du code des douanes est ainsi modifié : 1° Le 3 est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « - les navires utilisant l’électricité comme énergie propulsive principale » ; 2° Le 4 est abrogé. II. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État du 1° est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits visés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
