Summary

Le I de l’article L. 302‑5 du code de la construction et de l’habitation est complété par les mots : « ou moins du pourcentage, fixé par le représentant de l’État dans le département pour la commune visée, des résidences principales dans le cas où le nombre total de logements locatifs sociaux de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre auquel appartient la commune représente, au 1 er janvier de l’année précédente, plus de 25 % des résidences principales. »
