Summary

Le deuxième alinéa de l’article 235 ter X du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° À la dernière phrase, le taux : « 0,40 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 0,50 % » ; 2° Il est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Ce même taux est porté à 0.60 % pour s’appliquer au titre des mois écoulés à compter du 1 er janvier 2021. ».
