Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 141‑5‑1 du code de l’éducation, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Lorsqu’ils accompagnent les élèves lors des sorties et voyages scolaires, le port de signes ou tenues par lesquels les parents d’élèves manifestent ostensiblement une appartenance religieuse est interdit. »
