Summary

Le I de l’article L. 302‑5 du code de la construction et de l’habitation est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Pour les communes ayant au sein même de leur territoire des logements à vocation sociale, attribués sur des critères équivalents aux logements sociaux mais appartenant à des sociétés d’économie mixte non considérées comme bailleurs sociaux, le calcul des obligations de nombre de logements sociaux prendront en compte ces logements, même si historiquement, ils ont été construits à l’initiative d’une autre commune ou organisme. »
