Summary

I. – À la première phrase de l’alinéa 1, substituer aux mots : « autorisés en agriculture biologique ou faisant l’objet d’une certification du plus haut niveau d’exigence environnementale mentionnée à l’article L. 611‑6 du même code » les mots : « phytopharmaceutiques, sauf ceux contenant des substances classées cancérigènes, mutagènes, reprotoxiques ou perturbateurs endocriniens ». II. – En conséquence, procéder à la même substitution à la seconde phrase du même alinéa.
