Summary

I. – Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 5 : « L’orthoptiste ne peut renouveler, en l’adaptant le cas échéant, une prescription précédente de verres correcteurs ou de lentilles de contact oculaire réalisée par un médecin ophtalmologiste ou par un orthoptiste qu’à la condition qu’un bilan visuel ait été réalisé préalablement par un médecin ophtalmologiste dans l’année précédant ce renouvellement. » II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : «  c)  Après le troisième alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « Les opticiens-lunetiers ne peuvent adapter et renouveler les prescriptions initiales de verres correcteurs et de lentilles de contact oculaire délivrées en application du 1° de l’article L. 4342‑1 qu’à condition qu’un bilan visuel ait été réalisé préalablement par un médecin ophtalmologiste dans l’année précédent ce renouvellement. » »
