I. – L’article 777 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le tableau du quatrième alinéa est ainsi rédigé : FRACTION DE PART NETTE TAXABLE TARIF applicable ( %) N’excédant pas 15 000 € 5  Comprise entre 15 000 € et 50 000 € 10 Comprise entre 50 000 € et 500 000 € 15 Comprise entre 500 000 € et 1 000 000 € 20  Comprise entre 1 000 000 € et 5 000 000 € 25 Au-delà de 5 000 000 € 30 2° Le tableau du septième alinéa est supprimé. 3° Le tableau de l’avant-dernier alinéa est ainsi rédigé : FRACTION DE PART NETTE TAXABLE  TARIF applicable (%)  Entre frères et sœurs vivants ou représentés  30  Entre parents jusqu'au 6 e degré inclusivement  35  Entre parents au-delà du 6 e degré et entre personnes non-parentes 40 II. – Les pertes de recettes résultant des alinéas précédents sont compensées par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits visés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
