Après l’article 222‑14‑2 du code pénal, il est inséré un article 222‑14‑2‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 222‑14‑2‑1 . – Le fait, par un ascendant légitime, naturel ou adoptif ou par toute autre personne ayant autorité sur un mineur, de faire ou de laisser assister ce mineur aux violences qu’il commet sur son conjoint, son concubin ou le partenaire lié à lui par un pacte civil de solidarité ou de l’exposer à ces violences est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 30 000 euros d’amende. »
